We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience across E-commerce, Retail, Supply Chain, and Omni-channel systems. This role requires strong client-facing capability, ownership of requirements elicitation, and accountability for securing formal business sign-off. The successful candidate will bridge business strategy and technology delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements elicitation workshops with business stakeholders and external partners
- Analyse current-state processes and define future-state solutions across e-commerce and omni-channel platforms
- Prepare high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Obtain formal business sign-off on documented requirements
- Act as the primary liaison between business teams, technology teams, and third-party vendors
- Experience working on integrations with Global-E cross-border e-commerce solutions
- Define integration requirements, data mapping specifications, and validation criteria
- Support UAT planning, validation, and defect triage
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and documentation standards
- Provide clear communication to stakeholders regarding scope, risks, and delivery timelines
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in E-commerce, Retail, and Supply Chain domains
- Strong client-facing experience with proven stakeholder management capability
- Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and business sign-off processes
- Experience with omni-channel systems and cross-platform integrations
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) is advantageous
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
