Mid-Level Software Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level Software Developer to join our dynamic software development team at AnZ Digital. As a Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications to meet client requirements. You will collaborate with a talented group of professionals to deliver high-quality software solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues to provide updates on project progress, challenges, and potential solutions.
- Write, repair, and optimize computer code to ensure the delivery of reliable, efficient, and high-performing software applications.
- Lead software development projects, coordinating tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by meeting project deadlines and maintaining the agreed-upon quality standards.
- Conduct trials, testing, and quality checks to ensure robust functionality and optimal performance of software applications.
- Maintain and support existing systems, identifying and resolving any issues or bugs, and proactively improving software performance.
- Keep detailed records of the development processes, including code changes, bug fixes, and enhancements, for documentation and reference purposes.
- Meet individual client requirements and standards by customizing software solutions to their specific needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the team to design and update software databases, ensuring efficient data management and retrieval.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Developer, preferably with 4+ years of work experience.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, Liquid, and PHP with MySQL.
- Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of designing, developing, and implementation on the Shopify platform.
- Experience in leading software development projects and working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with software testing and quality assurance processes.
- Solid understanding of database management systems and query languages (e.g., SQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving technologies and stay updated with industry trends.

Information Technology (IT) Director
We are seeking a seasoned IT Director to lead our technology operations and strategy. As part of the executive leadership team, you will oversee our esteemed client’s enterprise-wide technology planning, ensure smooth IT transformations, performance and security of their IT systems, and align IT initiatives with their business goals. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of modern software and the enterprise cloud landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Account mining, converting leads to opportunities into tangible long-term service contracts, and managing execution.
- Manage client and third-party vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and service level adherence.
- Serve as the SPOC (Single Point of Contact), manager, and mentor for all ANZ Digital technical staff and sub-contractors deployed at client locations.
- Define and execute the IT vision and roadmap in alignment with the company’s growth strategy.
- Manage IT budgets and resource planning efficiently.
- Partner with product, engineering, and business units to drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on emerging technologies and enterprise architecture.
- Lead the modernization of legacy systems and integration of cloud-native solutions.
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing IT teams across ANZ Digital offerings and services.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for IT service delivery and project performance.
- Oversee enterprise-scale technology projects, from planning through execution.
- Track ROI on IT investments and report to executive stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Overall 20+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership, preferably in the Ecommerce or Retail domain within a fast-paced software/cloud environment.
- Onsite work experience in Global Markets (USA / UK / EU / APAC).
- Experience managing multi-site or global teams of 50+ resources.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation or large-scale cloud migrations with a combined program value of £50m+ over the last 7 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Computer Science, or a related field.
- MBA or Master’s in Information Technology is preferred.
- Certified computer application courses and technology certifications are a major plus.
- Deep expertise in enterprise IT solutions.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, contract negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- High emotional intelligence and decision-making agility in complex environments.
Starting salary: £80k per annum
