The Challenge
Temperley London needed to take its Summer Collection to new buyers across the UK and US, in a luxury fashion category where high order values can make cold-audience acquisition expensive. The campaign had to outperform the inherited paid social benchmark, grow revenue without depending on discount-led demand, and avoid relying heavily on warm retargeting audiences.
Our Approach
ANZ Digital built a full-funnel media plan across Meta and Google, with each channel assigned a clear role. Meta was used as the prospecting engine to create discovery among cold, interest-based audiences, while Google Performance Max captured demand as awareness and consideration increased. The campaign was supported by website fixes, conversion-signal improvements, creative rotation, audience optimisation, and ongoing budget and bid adjustments.
The Solution
We launched a cross-channel campaign connecting creative storytelling, cold-audience prospecting, demand capture, and conversion optimisation. Improved tracking and signals helped both platforms learn faster, while ongoing optimisation shifted budget toward performance. Blended ROAS grew +140% from launch to the June on-sale period, while monthly revenue increased +370% versus launch-month indexed performance. When Meta softened, Google’s stronger performance helped protect blended efficiency and maintain momentum.
